Today we're taking a close look at the Weapon | Swallowtail, a skin that brings a touch of formal elegance to the battlefield. Coming from the Bank Crisis Collection, this skin features a sleek black and white color scheme that's sure to turn heads. But is it worth picking up? Let's break it down.

What's in the Box?

The Swallowtail is part of the Bank Crisis Collection, which means you can obtain it through opening cases from that collection or by purchasing it directly from the C5GAME market. The collection is known for its sophisticated, high-stakes aesthetic, and this skin fits right in.

Skin Features

• Weapon/Class: Weapon
• Finish: Swallowtail
• Rarity: Rare
• Collection: Bank Crisis Collection
• Style: Solid Color
• Wear Range: 0.0 – 0.8

The skin applies a black and white paint job to select parts of the weapon, giving it a clean, two-tone look. The design is simple yet striking, with the contrast making it stand out in any loadout.

Born for battle, dressed for formal occasions.

Inspection: What to Look For

When inspecting the Swallowtail in-game, pay attention to how the pattern falls on the weapon. The black and white areas are distributed in a specific way, and the wear can affect the overall appearance. At lower floats, the skin looks crisp, while higher floats introduce scratches and fading, especially on the white sections. The wear range goes from 0.0 to 0.8, so you can find everything from Factory New to Battle-Scarred.

Is It Worth Buying?

Verdict: If you're a fan of minimalist, high-contrast designs, the Swallowtail is a solid choice. It's not the flashiest skin out there, but its understated elegance makes it a classy addition to any collection. The price is generally affordable, especially in lower wear conditions, making it accessible for most players. However, if you prefer skins with more intricate patterns or vibrant colors, you might want to look elsewhere.

Expert's Take:

The Swallowtail is one of those skins that flies under the radar. It's not hyped like some of the more colorful options, but that's part of its charm. The black and white scheme works well with many stickers and gloves, allowing for some creative combinations. I'd recommend picking one up in Minimal Wear or Field-Tested to get the best balance of looks and price. Just be mindful of the wear on the white areas—they tend to show scratches more prominently. Overall, it's a reliable skin that won't break the bank and adds a touch of class to your inventory.

Remember, you can find the Weapon | Swallowtail and other skins on C5GAME or the Steam Community Market.
