Introduction
This is weapon | 破铜烂铁 on the Tec-9—gunsmith finish, Headliners collection, dropped from the Headliners Case since 6 December 2018 (Welcome to the Danger Zone). Workshop fans know Marduk’s Tec-9 | Fubar (Loyalist); in-game it’s the military beat-up look Valve sells with a wink: the lore says the muzzle got scorched in use, and the flavor line basically brags that you think it’s junk—they love it anyway.
What you’re actually buying
- Rarity: Gunsmith, mil-spec tier in the case line-up.
- Float: 0.14–1.0 only. There is no FN/MW/FT band at the low end—lowest wear is Battle-Scarred. If your cart shows “almost new,” double-check the number.
- Vibe: Heavy distress, not a subtle patina. The sell is story wear, not crisp patterns.
Inspect checklist
- Muzzle burn — Spin inspect and match Valve’s note: charring should read used, not a random smudge.
- Global aging — Scratches and base color shift a lot between BS vs upper float BS; pattern placement matters on gunsmiths more than on flat color skins.
- In-game angles — Tec-9 is small; check reload and high FOV if you care about flex value.
Price sanity
Filter the same float bucket on C5GAME, then cross-check Steam Community Market for recent fills. Gunsmith Tec-9s live and die on wear feel, not sticker hype—don’t pay “clean skin” money for a skin that can’t be clean.
导购结论
Buy if you want a cheap, lore-heavy Tec-9 that looks best when it’s obviously trashed, and you’re fine locking into BS-only inventory. Pass if you collect low floats, need MW/FN aesthetics, or you’re buying blind without inspect—mis-listed wear happens.
专家碎碎念
Marduk nailed the joke: the skin is supposed to look like spare parts from a bad day at the range. I’d rather overpay a little for a float that reads burnt at the muzzle than save two bucks on a muddy BS that looks like default texture noise. Headliners case pulls are old news; on secondary, you’re paying for attitude, not rarity fireworks—treat it like a prop, not an investment tier skin.
