This week’s capsule line pushes tighter borders and heavier saturation; quad layouts pop in list thumbs, but slot height and inspect angle—not float alone—decide whether stickers survive the handguard edge.
Capsule drops this week are leaning harder into narrow paper margins and high-saturation team marks. In C5GAME list thumbnails, a four-sticker row on an AK often reads louder than a single focal sticker—but resale value hinges on whether those slots stay visible at the inspect angles buyers actually use.
What the weekly capsule meta is pushing
New capsules keep the readable art pulled toward the sticker core, leaving a thinner outer ring. On the shop floor you see two camps: buyers farming same-palette capsules for a quad, or one oversized logo on scope or above the mag. Quads fill the rail in thumbnails through repeat texture; singles win on contrast. Capsules from different sources ship with different default offsets in the scratch-safe zone. On the same AK, sticker three can hit the wear island before sticker two—not because you misaligned, but because slot elevation is tiered in the item economy.
Hot placements: don’t trust the thumb center
AK handguard quads still move volume, but mixed builds are everywhere now: one sticker above the mag plus clean mid-body negative space. In-match F inspect keeps the middle quiet; fullscreen listing shots look tidier in the scroll. AWP scope singles remain liquid; the scope tube bends sticker normals, so a front-facing list frame can look fine until you yaw ~15° in detail—the paper edge can look folded into the mount shadow. M4A1-S is its own trap: favorites sit on the silencer–receiver seam. With a steeper inspect pitch, the top edge gets clipped by receiver chamfer—missing corner in the preview, occlusion in reality.
Inspect occlusion: draw order fools you before wear does
CS2 inspect is the camera sampling the model. Stickers sit on separate layers; handguard, grip, and charm hooks sort by depth. Raise pitch and rear-slot decals can slide behind the mesh—full in the thumb, a blank stripe in detail. That is not wear gradient.
Three checks on C5GAME: fullscreen spin half a turn and watch whether stickers three and four pop together; raking light for paper trim lines cut into dashed edges by rail lines; compare the same template on Steam Market—some list frames lock to a spec highlight that washes sticker borders.
Buying capsule sets to clone old screenshots is risky: tighter margins change quad rhythm. Put slot lift and inspect pitch on your QC list alongside float—closer to what you hold in hand.
