Gap and clipping cleanup, a fix for loud reloads sticking during stealth reloads, a new server cvar for clan tags, and a small main-menu lobby visual tweak.
Match impact
Stealth reload audio was the only change that can show up in ranked and scrims. When a loud reload looped or refused to drop after you tried to reload quietly, you gave away timing and sometimes position. That edge case is patched—reload cues should match what you actually did again.
Gap fixes and clipping adjustments are mostly feel and fairness on angles and props: fewer weird peeks, less body or weapon clipping through geometry. You will not see this in patch notes per map, but over a week you may notice fewer “that should not have been visible” moments.
sv_clantags_enabled only matters on custom servers. Hosts can turn clan tags off for cleaner HUD or community rules. Valve matchmaking is unchanged unless a third-party platform mirrors the cvar.
Main-menu lobby player eggs in nests is cosmetic only—zero effect on tick rate or demos.
Player notes
- If you relied on audio tells when enemies stealth-reloaded, re-check habits; the bug side is gone for victims too.
- Community server admins: add
sv_clantags_enabled 0(or1) to server.cfg if tags clash with league overlays or branding. - No mandatory config or crosshair change for this drop.
- Skins and loadout visuals on C5GAME or Steam market are unrelated to these fixes.
